Quality Guarantee:

All our artists are seasoned professionals, mostly with around 10 - 20 years playing experience each. We do not employ amateurs or anybody without high quality playing skills or public playing experience.

VAT Free Shopping:

We do not charge VAT or impose any hidden surcharges. The price quoted is all-inclusive.

The only exception is costs for very long distance travel (such as flights from London to Glasgow or flights to Europe, and any airport transfers). In those circumstances, we would encourage you and the artists to agree these costs separately and settle them directly.

Otherwise, if the artist can drive to your location, then the price you are quoted will be all-inclusive, with no hidden extras whatsoever.

Safety First:

All artists carry Public Liability Insurance (P.L.I.) and have Portable Appliance Test (P.A.T.) safety certificates for their sound / electrical equipment.

Choice & Flexibility:

Because we have access to a very extensive database of artists, we will usually be able to provide a good range of professional musicians to match your requirements, and usually at the right price to suit your budget.

Location, Location, Location:

Most of our artists are in the South East, Midlands, and South West UK. We also have some in East Anglia, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Wales, Spain, France and USA.

Other artists are scattered around different parts of the UK and Europe. So most of the time, we should be able to find someone in your area, or someone willing to travel to your area if you live in a remote location.

Professional Representation:

All our bookings are made under an agreement that is signed by client and artist, so that both sides are clear about the dates, times, venue addresses, music styles, etc.

We follow legal, financial and ‘best practice’ guidelines as recommended by the Musicians Union and the Association of Entertainment Agencies, to provide sound, clear and workable booking agreements for you and for our artists.

Repertoire:

All artists have demo music available on their web pages. Naturally, this is just a very small sample of what they can play.

Their entire repertoire is likely to be very extensive which may not be fully listed on their webpages for practical reasons. Please ask if you require more information about their full repertoire.

Requests:

Most of the artists are very happy to take requests and learn something in advance of your event, within the realms of their natural genre and with a few months notice ideally. Please let us know if you have any specific requests.

A talented guitar duet from Yorkshire who between them have a very impressive arrangement of music styles and repertoire. Their 2 guitars blend effortlessly together to create an inspirational sound that is perfectly balanced and a pleasure to listen to.

Style:
Classical and Spanish guitar Duet, with flexibility to incorporate other styles and particular requests. Here's what they say: "The unusual combination of our differing musical backgrounds/influences means that we can be very versatile and we are happy to incorporate other styles/particular pieces into our programme if desired."

Biography:
After many years successful performing as soloists, they have now been playing as a duet for several years. They are both college graduates and are rapidly gaining credibility as talented and experienced guitar players. They are based in Yorkshire but very willing to travel further field within England.

Training:
She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2003 with a BMus (Performance) Degree programme with First Class Honours. She has studied with many masters of the classical guitar, namely Nicola Hall, Graham Wade, Luigi Palumbo and Louis Ignatius Gall. She has also attended master classes with Simon Dinnegan, David Starobaum, Ives Storms, Richard Pilkington and Ulrich Steier. She is currently teaching and performing in Yorkshire, and is also available as a guitar soloist: HO02

He studied at the Leeds College of Music from which he gained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Jazz Studies (1997). He was inspired to play the guitar at a young age after hearing the music of B.B.King and Jimi Hendrix. He soon became interested in playing classical guitar music and began lessons with Kevin Bolton at Wakefield Sixth-Form College, where he discovered the music of Andres Segovia, Benjamin Verdery and Stepan Rak. He has since continued to develop his skills in a range of styles. He is currently a lecturer in Performance Studies at Leeds College of Music and he performs with a variety of bands/musicians around the country.

BBC Radio Leeds (the John Boyd show).

CD's & Recordings:
She recently worked as a session guitarist, where she composed and recorded a classical guitar piece for an album which was released in November 2006. He has recorded two albums with the bands 'Alice and Me' and the 'Lightning Rods' (southern boogie/blues). He has worked with producers James Russell (Jason Donovan) and Joe Tatton (Corinne Bailey Ray). He also played on the soundtrack of the 1960’s drama 'The Royal' (ITV).
